What's the capacity of Magnolias?
We can accommodate up to 150 guests for seated dinner with a dance floor indoors. As the main room is adaptable to many different seating situations, why not make an appointment to view the space and realize its potential?
What's the rental fee for a wedding or private event?
Our rental rates vary based on time of week and year. Please send us an email detailing the nature of your event, estimated attendance and timing and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Events@MagnoliasKaufman.com
What's included in your rental fee?
Rental rates are for up to 8 hours of function time.
Rental rates also include the following building amenities:
*Cleaning before and after the event
*Use of Bridal Suite
*Use of outdoor space (Additional $100 for permit)
*Audio / visual equipment including a projector with screen and audio control rack.
*Tables and chairs
The Caterer Kitchen features ample counter space, (1) refrigerator, food warmer, sink, trash cans. There is a separate service entrance into the kitchen.

We offer amazing referrals to some of the best wedding industry vendors that can bring your visions to live.
Am I responsible for clean-up?
Magnolias will clean the space before and after your event: sweeping, mopping, detailing the bathrooms, and taking care of any necessary repairs.
Please make sure you (or your caterer) complete the following break down procedures immediately following your event:
*Remove all food + drink from kitchen
Do you have an outdoor space?
Where do my guest park?
Street parking is available, along with a city parking lot a block away. Local valet companies are also available for hire.
Does the building have heat and A/C?
How do I book a date?
A 50% deposit of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the event. Magnolias accepts checks, money order, and all major credit cards.
Is smoking allowed?
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside Magnolias.
Are candles allowed?
Open flames are not allowed anywhere in the building.
Are there any restrictions on vendors I can use?
We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating; you may use vendors of your choice. That being said, we are happy to recommend caterers, florists, event planners, Dj's, and photographers.
Is there a dressing room onsite?
Yes, we have a beautifully decorated bridal suite and grooms room upstairs.
